For exhibitions and events Lowe usually accept equipment orders up to 2 weeks before the event, however this is dependent on availability and it is recommended to get your order placed at least a month in advance. For retail and general rental enquiries Lowe can react and deliver on the same day, again depending on availability and the location of the request.

No, Long-Term Rental plans with Lowe are fully serviced rental agreements not leases. At the end of the period you have a number of options available. Lowe can extend the rental contract, you can buy the equipment from us, or we can replace the equipment with the latest technology and sign up to a new rental agreement

Lowe put the equipment in place and install. If connection to water or gas is required this will need to be arranged in advance and will incur an extra fee. Or you can use your own contractor for plumbing and gas connections.
