These environments demand reliable refrigeration and catering infrastructure at scale, from visually impactful refrigeration displays and high-performance catering equipment to back-of-house cold storage.<\/p>\n<p>We provide the refrigeration and catering infrastructure that underpins that, whether it\u2019s supporting a single flagship show or an organiser\u2019s wider event portfolio across the region.\u00a0 My focus is on building long-term partnerships with clients who value consistency, scalability and a supplier that understands the commercial pressures of live events. With tight timelines and high visitor volumes the norm, I work closely with our clients to understand their operational goals and provide effective solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. How do you build relationships with clients in the region?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Relationships in Asia are built through consistency and trust. Being present, understanding how each organiser or contractor works and delivering on what we promise is key. When clients see that we respond quickly, install on time and support them with quality equipment throughout the event, that reliability becomes the foundation for long-term partnerships. Over time, we move from being a supplier to being a trusted support partner.<\/p>\n<p>I prioritise being accessible, responsive and clear from the outset, particularly during the planning stages where expectations are set. When clients see that we understand their event cycles, venue constraints and commercial drivers, the relationship naturally strengthens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Can you share a recent customer success story that made you proud?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projects where we have supported large exhibitions or high-profile events are always rewarding. Seeing equipment installed, operating smoothly and supporting thousands of visitors or delegates is a great feeling, especially when the client knows they can rely on us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. What\u2019s a common client challenge you help solve?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A recurring challenge is balancing ambition with logistics. Many clients are working with limited space, tight installation windows and changing requirements. Organisers want impactful F&amp;B experiences and strong exhibitor support, but they\u2019re working within tight build schedules, restricted access windows and evolving floor plans.<\/p>\n<p>Our ability to provide flexible and modular equipment solutions and respond quickly helps remove a lot of that pressure and keeps their operations running smoothly. Having experience across multiple venues in the region also allows us to anticipate potential bottlenecks and plan accordingly. That foresight reduces risk and gives clients confidence in delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. <\/strong><strong>What\u2019s one thing people might not know about Lowe Rental in this region?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many people don\u2019t realise how extensive our support network is. Behind every project are teams of people managing logistics, preparation, servicing and technical support to make sure everything performs exactly as expected. Each project involves detailed planning and the strength of our regional presence and networks means we can deliver consistent standards across different countries, varied requirements and venues. It is that depth of support that is often what turns a first project into a long-term working relationship, once clients experience the consistency and reliability of our delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. What\u2019s your go-to \u2018icebreaker\u2019 line when meeting a new client?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I usually start by asking what challenges they\u2019ve faced in the past or that they anticipate on upcoming projects. It\u2019s a simple way to understand what matters most to them and how we can help.<\/p>\n<p>Every event has its complexities, whether it\u2019s catering requirements, timelines or location.
