All shareholders are delighted with the performance of the business. The company received in bound interest from a number of parties in recent months encouraging the Directors to appoint Deloitte Corporate Finance to assist with finding the best investment solution to support accelerated growth.
The Directors are committed to ensuring Lowe Rental is best structured to allow it to fulfil its growth potential by diversifying its service offering and continued geographical spread. This is evidenced by the recent opening of a new distribution centres in Shanghai and Las Vegas to add to its existing facilities in the UK, east coast US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and Dubai.
