Lowe is thrilled to become the newest member of the Emirates Culinary Guild – UAE’s association of professional chefs. A non–profit–making organisation dedicated solely to the advancement of the culinary art of the UAE.
Being a Corporate Member of the Guild gives Lowe direct access to the other members who include Chef’s, Hotels, Restaurants and Food Distributors. Monthly meetings in Dubai & Abu Dhabi allow Lowe to present new products and services, network and most importantly support the Guild in their work of developing the UAE’s culinary scene. Lowe recently sponsored the Salon Culinaire at the SIAL Middle East exhibition providing a number of kitchens for the competitors to use.
Mark Wood, the Lowe Refrigeration General Manager, proudly received the certificate from the ECG President Chef Uwe Micheel. It is definitely a big achievement for the entire group. In his comment published in the Gulf Gourmet magazine January 2018, he adds:
