Lowe Rental supplied refrigeration and catering equipment to the 2017 edition of Taste of London; one of the largest unique food producers, restaurant and top chef showcases in the UK.

The event, which attracted over 55,000 visitors, required a high number of food and beverage displays, refrigerated storage and a range of catering equipment. Lowe ensured a perfect set–up of many temporary restaurants and commercial kitchens. The vast range of catering equipment provided included salamander grills, production fryers, griddles, bratt pans and combination ovens to name but a few.

Lowe provided these rental units with a range of different connections supporting both electric and gas installations; meeting the high expectations of the participating chefs.

Lowe’s modular walk–in cold rooms were also deployed in various sizes for chilled and efficient storage of both food and drinks produce on–site.

The event organisers remarked:
