As the official supplier of refrigeration and catering equipment, Lowe Rental delivered a fully managed exhibition rental service to support exhibitors across more than 12 halls and, for the first time, 2 separate venues.
In total, we supplied over 1,500+ pieces of refrigeration and catering equipment, helping brands present, preserve and serve their products at scale.

Gulfood is not only vast in scale, it is complex in execution. For the first time, the exhibition operated across 2 venues across the Dubai World Trade Center and Dubai Exhibition Center, increasing logistical coordination, transport planning and on-site support requirements ten-fold. With more than 12 halls and thousands of exhibitors presenting products across diverse food categories, the breath and volume of refrigeration and catering equipment required was substantial.
Rental Solution
To meet the scale and complexity of Gulfood, Lowe Rental mobilised a large, coordinated team across both venues. With 5 days of build-up prior to opening, more than 50 team members were deployed across the 2 locations to manage logistics, delivery, installation and maintenance.
A broad and diverse range of equipment was supplied to support exhibitors across every major food category. This included multideck display refrigerators, glass-door fridges, serve-over counters, upright and undercounter freezers, cooking equipment and specialist catering appliances. All selected to ensure products were stored, displayed and served at optimal temperature and presentation standards.
Every unit was delivered directly to each stand, positioned correctly, tested and ready for operation within the tight build schedule.
All of this equipment was provided through a fully managed exhibition rental service, designed to remove complexity for organisers and exhibitors alike. This included equipment consultation and selection support, an online portal for easy ordering, delivery direct to stand, ongoing on-site maintenance and technical support throughout the exhibition, and efficient removal upon close.
In total, 1,500+ assets were deployed across both venues, managed seamlessly by our experienced operations and technical teams.
