One of the largest annual sporting events in the UAE.

Project Overview
Lowe Refrigeration supplied a temporary kitchen and coldroom facility to the Marriott, who were providing 90% of the corporate hospitality for the Dubai Rugby Sevens tournament. The tournament is one of the biggest annual sporting events in the UAE, attracting crowds and corporate sponsors from around the world.
The kitchens were required to produce three meals a day over the course of two days, with a total of 7000 meals being served per day. Some of these meals were prepared in the temporary kitchen, while others were prepared in the hotel’s own kitchen and transferred to the temporary facility to be held in hot cupboards prior to serving.
With no services on site, we arranged for water and waste facilities to be provided, and linked the units to these as part of the installation.
