Project Overview
PKL and Lowe Refrigeration supplied a kitchen facility to create a pop-up restaurant at the first Dubai Food Carnival, a two-day food and drink extravaganza which marked the start of the wider Dubai Food Festival. The pop-up restaurant was run by celebrity chef Silvena Rowe, and the temporary kitchen was used to provide fine dining, serving 50 meals per sitting with three sittings per day over the two days of the carnival.
The pop-up restaurant was located in a remote site with no services available, so PKL and Lowe Refrigeration worked with the organisers to bring services to the site and connect the kitchen up.
